Data and access

The application handles OAuth authorization data, completed video files, and technical metadata needed for storage and verification: names, sizes, file identifiers, hashes and timestamps. The Google Drive permission may technically allow broader account access, but the application is configured to work with the owner's designated Content Factory archive folder only. The application does not access contacts or send marketing communications.

Use and disclosure

Data is used only to upload, organize, read back and verify the owner's videos. Temporary copies are processed on the owner's Hetzner server and archived in the owner's Google Drive. No personal information is sold. A file is not automatically published or shared just by being archived. YouTube publishing, if enabled later, requires a separate authorization.

Retention and deletion

After a verified upload, temporary local video copies are deleted and technical receipts remain for reliability and audit. Google Drive copies remain until the owner deletes them. The owner can revoke Google access via Google Account. Revoking access stops further authenticated operations.

Security and Google API data policy

OAuth tokens are stored in access-restricted server configuration, not exposed on this website. Google user data is used solely to provide the features described here, consistent with Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
