Effective November 1, 2026.

Scope

CF Content Factory Archive is a private utility operated solely for its owner, rather than a public service. It transfers and verifies finished videos between the owner's production server and the owner's Google Drive.

Authorization

Google Drive access is optional and may be revoked by the owner. Loss of authorization prevents further archiving, and no source video should be deleted until the cloud copy passes verification.

Content and publication

The owner is responsible for copyright, content quality and publication decisions. Merely archiving a video does not publish it to YouTube or authorize publishing. A separate publishing workflow may be configured in the future.

Availability

Cloud storage is subject to Google Drive availability, quotas and terms. Independent backups are recommended for irreplaceable material.
